What is Package?
In JFW, a Package (or Plan) refers to the subscription tier determining the features, limits, and pricing for using JFW’s authentication and identity management services.
Each plan offers different levels of Monthly Active Users (MAU), security features, branding options, and integrations to meet the needs of various businesses, from small projects to large enterprises.
Key Aspects of a Package (Plan)
1️⃣ Monthly Active Users (MAU) Limit
MAU represents the number of unique users logging in within a month.
Higher plans allow for more active users before incurring overage charges.
2️⃣ Authentication Features
Some features like SSO, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Passwordless Login are limited to higher plans.
3️⃣ Branding & Customization
Lower plans show Auth0 branding on login screens, while premium plans allow full customization (e.g., logos, colors, custom domains).
4️⃣ Security & Compliance
Higher plans offer adaptive authentication, enterprise security policies, and compliance certifications (SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
5️⃣ Support & Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Free plans have community support, while enterprise customers get priority support, dedicated account managers, and SLAs.
Why Do We Use Subscription Plans?
Helps businesses scale authentication needs cost-effectively.
Ensures security features align with business risk levels.
Provides flexible pricing based on usage (pay for what you need).
