Payment Transaction Overview

A payment transaction is initiated whenever a buyer completes a payment through a checkout link hosted on cPanel. Transactions can have various statuses, including successful or failed attempts.

Each transaction has the following basic information:

Transaction Basics:

  1. Transaction Time: The exact moment when the transaction was processed.

  2. Status Update Timing: When a status update is recorded, the timestamp might differ slightly (by approximately a second) from the actual transaction time.

Reseller Specifics:

  1. Transaction Amount: The actual value of the transaction after deducting payment gateway fees and commissions.

  2. Commission: The value of the commission.

  3. Payment Gateway Fee: Charges levied by payment gateways such as Paypal or Stripe for processing the payment.

  4. Reseller Share: The portion of the transaction amount allocated to the reseller.
