User Status

In managing user accounts, user statuses are employed to reflect the current state of an account. Each status has a specific meaning and implications for user access and account management:

  • Inactive Assigned to newly created accounts by the system.

  • Active Indicates that a user's account is fully operational and has no restrictions on access or functionality.

  • Locked If an account is temporarily locked, likely due to administrative reasons or policy violations, it is marked as blocked. The user cannot access their account until an administrator changes the status.

  • SuspendedAccounts marked as suspended are in a state that precedes account deletion. This status may be used to flag accounts under review or provide a cooling-off period before deletion. This status can be used as Banned.

  • DeletedThis status is used when a user permanently removes their account. The account will be a soft deletion data.
