Grace Period

A grace period allows limited additional usage beyond the defined quota. By default, our platform provides a 10% grace period, meaning that once the official quota is fully consumed, brands are allowed up to an additional 10% of requests before enforcement begins.

This feature helps ensure continuity of service and provides clients with a buffer to adjust their usage or upgrade their plan. Once the grace limit is reached, all further quota-consuming actions will be blocked.

How it Works

  • When a brand reaches its allocated quota, the system automatically extends a temporary buffer equal to 10% of the original limit.

  • During this period, requests or resource consumption are still accepted and processed without interruption.

  • When the grace allocation is exhausted, the system blocks further quota-consuming actions and issues a Quota Exceeded error.
