Status

Quota usage is monitored and categorized into statuses, enabling both administrators and clients to proactively manage resources:

  • Normal The quota usage is within a safe range. Typically, this means usage is less than 80% of the total limit.

  • Warning The quota usage has reached a warning threshold, usually between 80% and 99%.

    • In this state, clients are encouraged to take preventive actions, such as upgrading plans or reducing usage.

    • In Jframework, when the status first reaches Warning, the system automatically sends one notification email per cycle to the user owner to ensure they are aware of the approaching limit.

    • Email subject format:

[Action Required] Jframework - Quota Limit Warning
  • Exceeded The quota usage has reached its maximum (100%). At this point, no additional quota-consuming actions are permitted, and the system will return a Quota Exceeded error.

    • When the status changes to Exceeded, the system sends one notification email per cycle to the account owner.

    • Email subject format:

[Action Required] Jframework - Quota Limit Exceed
